I really don’t know how to rate this product. I needed something like this but couldn’t come up with it with what I had at home. My husband needed something for his bedside commode and when I found this product I couldn’t order it fast enough. It was a bit tricky to install because the seat isn’t flat underneath. What I wound up doing was using the sticky part on top of the lid in order to hold the shield where we needed it. The stickiness is great and so far it’s been working fine for us. The only thing I would change is the stiffness of the sticky tabs. If they were more pliable they would accommodate more seat designs. Otherwise, the design of this product works great and fills a need no other product touches

It works but need precise placing and cutting otherwise the glue will not stick !Cut first around the support edges of the seat bottom area !

So, I have an issue with guys missing the mark, if you know what I mean. I bought this hoping it would fix the problem. It is a great idea - block the opening and the pee just runs down into the bowl. It would have worked if this would actually stick. I cleaned the toilet seat really well. I used alcohol to make sure there was no micro-dirt that would create an adhesion issue. I was careful to not touch the sticky. I pressed it in really well and everything. It worked for the first week! Then, it no longer worked. It popped off the toilet seat and fell in the toilet. That was the end of it. It never would stick back.

It works as advertised...had a hard time getting red adhesive cover peeled off...other than that works great...no more mopping the floor...

It was a little challenging to install and it cracked in the process. It did work really well at keeping everything contained. It was impossible to remove, broke into pieces and i still cant get all of the adhesion off the seat.

I purchased this for my father after he broke his hip. He was peeing on the floor completely missing the toilet and this while sitting down. I couldn't be angry because he was in so much pain and didn't know and couldn't tell. So I said nothing and quietly mopped the floor after he used the bathroom. This stopped the problem and saved me a lot of headaches. Only problem was it tends to get crushed on the over toilet commode I put in place for him. Also, the adhesive eventually comes loose. Fortunately, by that time he had recovered to the point where missing is a small and occasional issue. I would buy it again.

I do not normally write reviews but I had to on this one. I unfortunately have a small unit. I also sit down to pee. What happens is that my stream sometimes goes through the crack between the toilet and the lid. This, as you can imagine is a problem. To avoid this I press down on my unit so much that I have like scars from the friction. After installing this device, it was like heaven for me!! I no longer had to worry about my stream going all over the place I could just sit and relax and its just been awesome. As far as the other reviews about cutting it to fit, I did that and its not a problem. For cleaning, I spray 409 on it like every 3 days and then of course clean it weekly as I normally clean the toilet. Basically if you clean your toilet this device is fine. I just want to say again thank you for making this device its been a blessing and a life changer for me. I'm thinking of buying a dozen more so I have them for the rest of my life

Works as advertised. I used alcohol wipes to clean the toilet surface for proper adhesion. Make sure to prep the area first otherwise it won’t stick. Take your time
