The quality is very bad.When it is coming, the box is broken.One of the screw pads was lost.After assembling, the handles were very loose.Days after, one of the screws fixing the back fell out.I have bought many other assembly-required furnitures. This is the worst.

The chairs are amazing. They are comfortable, the arms are foldable, and they work very well on carpeted floors. I work 8 hours a day sitting in them, and my back doesn't get tired.

I was skeptical to order a chair online without sitting in to try it out, but it is perfect for me. I wanted something that was comfortable with back support and this is it.It was super easy to put together and I was able to accomplish the job by myself in about 20 minutes.I am using this chair at my desk on carpet. I love the carpet in my home office but a regular desk chair on wheels is destroying the carpet. I am banking on this one to not do damage.The measurements in the description are spot on. I needed them to be perfect in order to fit my desk and myself.Great chair for a great price! I am very happy with my purchase so far.

Nice chair. Not bulky or heavy. Did find it to be low for us. We are tall, but bought a seat foam pad.

The chair is comfortable to sit in. The assembly instructions are in very small print and hard to read, fortunately it's fairly obvious how to assemble it.The armrest assembly is very poor quality -- the provided bolts do not fully tighten in on the chair I received, and the armrests wobble left to right. I wouldn't recommend this chair based on that.
