This is a nice mat, does well to control the noise level of tiles clattering on the tabletop... and it's nice to have the "Charleston" instructions printed on there. We don't often play "American style" mahjong, but when we have friends over to play who only play in that way, it's good to have the instructions we can't remember printed on the table. The blue color is nice, a deep royal blue, and the printing is well done - it's straight, no blurs and no smudges, and it has shown no signs of wear or damage after a dozen games.
