We have a back patio with one door leading to the pool and the other to our backyard that ends with a lake. We needed some extra security that our kids were not opening the doors and going to the water without our knowledge. I installed these in about two minutes and they work like a charm. I was concerned after reading that metal can interfere with them and our entire patio enclosure is a metal or aluminum frame but they’re work fine and give us just a little bit more safety.

Purchased for my store and installed on the front and rear door. Installation was easy with the only time consuming part being selecting the chime and volume level I desired. The sound is clear, i have yet to need to change any batteries, and both doors are around 50 ft from the alarm. Stood up to both the freezing winter and blazing summer on my metal and glass door. Very happy with this purchase.

Product Came Defective, attempted to troubleshoot myself no luck and qbr on the direction takes you to a blank you-tube page. Reached out to tech support via chat and was transferred 7 times and advised needed to replace. No one even attempted to troubleshoot.Called and the open representative spent 5 minutes on trying to get my email after I phonetically verified it for her then she hangs up and finally someone sends a replacment one. The service is getting worst. Sadly we have to stand in lines and waste gas to return defective products “they said” if we wanted to go to a store we wouldn’t have ordered online.I would given the store a better rating if the QBR code actually worked but the support put the icing on the cake.
