Recibi el producto en buen estado, funciono por 3 dias y el microfono comenzo a fallar, del otro lado de la linea no me escuchaban. Lo cambie por uno nuevo pensado que capaz era una falla del audifono. El nuevo que llego duro un mes y tanto audio como el microfono fallaron, escuchaban muy bajito o a veces con interferencia. Muy mal producto.

Old phone system and needed to the retro fit. Prefect. The previous one only had the hang of one ear feature was great for individuals who are concern about hair and in office appearance.

Use it for freezer warehouse work and holding up just fine. Normal wear and tear from the climate inside the building but way better than the products given to us on site. Would recommend.

Word right out of the box. Easy to adjust for comfort. Mic Ned’s or moves toward or away from your face as needed. No complaints from anyone on the other end regarding sound quality. I work from him and am on the phone a lot. This works out great.
