The only thing i got was the hanger itself... no screws, no door mount... nothing. But hay, i did at least have the instructions showing me what i didn't get.

Smaller and flimsier than I expected. Honestly I wouldn't trust this to hold up a heavy pan. The hooks on mine also look different than the ones photographed on the product page. I suppose it will work for lighter objects, say dishtowels or utensils. Live and learn.
