Your cart is empty.The dust extractor attachment with HEPA filter (model DX08) is for use with the 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion cordless Brushless 1" Rotary hammer (xrh08, sold separately). the DX08 dust Collection vacuum attachment features a HEPA filter engineered to capture 99.97% of dust particles (size .3 microns and larger) for improved dust Collection and OSHA Table 1 compliance. The dust extractor attachment is powered by a separate motor allowing the rotary hammer to consistently maintain peak drilling performance. The high-capacity dust container is transparent and provides an accurate level indicator of collected material. The container captures concrete Dust during drilling; activated by the tool and provides a 3-second delay to help capture remaining dust. With a quick release, The dust container can be easily detached from the dust Collection attachment when needed.

This moves as much air as their compact vacuums, or ~40cfm and ~72" Static Water Lift. When I use rotary hammer, sometimes the dust came out in big puffs that can shoot up 3-4ft, rather than a constant slow stream of dust pooling around the top of the hole, and when this is attached I haven't noticed hose puffs once. It does leave a tiny bit of dust on the floor but it gathers probably 95%+. It also has a better light than what's stock on the rotary hammer. I know I should still wear my mask, but I don't feel like I have to when I have this attached. Highly recommended.
