Tras probar varias boinas de pulido, sin lugar a dudas esta es la mejor que he utilizado. La calidad de la lana hace que el pulido esa inmejorable. Recomendable 100%

Nicely made, does the job well, but drops a star for the price. Maybe that's a bit harsh, but it feels quite expensive for what it is.

Of all the reviews I read people say it doesn’t leave a lot of wool behind the one I used was a puff bomb. I used this for buffing the was off my car. Every piece of plastic was literally covered in a fine film of wool. I fully admit I am not an experienced person when it comes to using this stuff. Maybe a YouTube video and if it’s my fault I’ll be back to take the blame.

My wife's never-ending '65 Mustang restoration at least has progressed to the cut and buff stage. But dealing with a demolition derby car is challenging at best. Her old buffing pad was getting difficult to use, and I saw her looking at some really pricey ones. I told her to at least try one of these first, since I've used them and thought they worked fine. She also order the backing pad, and together she has cut and buffed the entire car. She couldn't tell the difference from what I believe was the 3M one, and that was not cheap. Just asked her last night how it was working and she said great. That is enough for me, because if it weren't I'd definitely have heard about it by now. There are cheaper ones and they might work fine. But when you are to the stage that will give the final look after lots of work I like going with a tool I am familiar with. And these work really well.

Very durable. Built to last. Completely covers the grinding/polishing surface of my machine so that even the thin outer edge is quite useful in accessing tight areas with de-oxidation agents, polish and wax. I've tested varying foam pads that advertise different cut rates, but the “cut rate” is really controlled by the cutting /polishing agent [grit] used. The foam pads left burnt rubber marks [on the side of my 35' Montana 5th wheel after removing all decals with a heat gun, then deoxidizing agent to removed 13 years of oxidation on the fiberglass siding] and scoring from the Velcro grinder/polisher pad on my Makita polisher because the foam after-market pads are the same size [actually dimensionally just a bit smaller in diameter] occasionally exposing the rubber /Velcro of my variable speed grinder/polisher. I avoided this Makita Bonnet because of cost, but in the end, It is the one long lasting tool/bonnet that did all tasks [removing decal ghosting, removing sever oxidation, and returning a mirror polish] on all 4 sides of this RV with a wash in between each. I washed out the compound used in each phase, and what's left is the polish -- which I doubt I can now remove the carnauba wax. Don’t buy foam, just start with one of these!

I have used this product to help renew the gel coat on my 24 ft boat and it has held up very well. I have owned many Makita products over the years and they are all of excellent quality. This buffing pad is no different. Delivery was fast and accurate as Amazon indicated. Will definitely buy again. Thanks Amazon!

I love to use my rotary buffer. The only problem I have with rotary's is that a lot of form type pads don't holdup or last long. Those tend to breakup under the power of the rotary. I stared to use wool type pads and found that I like these types of pads better. The Makita brand wool pads are top notch! They can take the beating and hold solid to the finish. I never had a problem with these pads. Yes there is lint but be mindful we are talking about WOOL! To me , if lint bothers you---Then you'll have to find something more like form pads. On a rotary wool is king! These Makita wool pads are thick and sturdy. Very easy to use and clean. These are my do most eveything pads and I love them!!!

Nice pad, not cheap but you get what you pay for, if you keep this fairly clean during use and wash it properly after use this PD should las you a while, has plenty of give and padding. Would recommend a wash before use as it does shed quite a bit. But does give a good finish and rinses well. Used mine for polishing/restoring clear coat on a boat. Would recommend If you need something with some pile to it or for uneven surfaces. May cost a little extra but get a cheap pad and compare for yourself.
