I’ve used (drywall) screw guns for 30 years, including DeWalt, Milwaukee and Makita. I’ve used cordless screens, but this is the first cordless gun I’ve owned - mostly because the tool price was too high.Sometimes you find a tool that is perfect. This screw gun is solid, light, quiet, and perfectly balanced. The clutch adjustment (screw depth) is easy. A 5 amp-hour battery will last for several days.

I purchase this for my son-in-law. He typically gets his tools at home Depot but ask me to check out prices on Amazon. I found it about $30 cheaper on Amazon than at home Depot. I always price compare items I am looking for and usually can always find a better price on Amazon

I use it for hanging drywall in my garage the walls and ceiling. Because it’s cordless and it has as much power as the corded version, that makes it the perfect choice!
