This thing is *heavy*. I have no doubts that it would make a great camera monopod. But as a shooting stick, it is too heavy to lug around the woods and you can't extend and secure the telescoping fork one-handed like you can with some other products.

Ordered this for my crossbow based on other reviews. I have not been disappointed. It is solid, folds up nicely and i love all of the features, height, tilt, and settings.I am most likely going to order another.
