This new master cylinder didn't have the needed O ring to seal to the brake booster. I replaced my functional original master cylinder only because of age and mileage. Afterward I had a check with engine light for lean idle. I removed the master cylinder again to find that there was no O ring at all. Yes, I should have checked when I replaced it, but it's a cramped and messy job, and that was the last thing on my mind. It should have come with a new O ring. Otherwise it appears to be a legitimate Mando part.
