Slices very easily through frozen brisket. Great for Korean, Japanese, and Chinese recipes. Comes with an extra blade. Hard to wash, but that isn’t worth complaining about. You could buy this for much cheaper on AliExpress if you were willing to wait a week or two, but we needed this on short notice.

Watch out for sharp edges!!! Don't really like adjusting the blade on it. used it a couple of times with frozen meats, which it cuts is nicely except it does not seem to want to cut the last inch or so of meat and sometimes drags.

Rusted screws, will leave rusts on your meat and napkins. Scratches on the surface, very not satisfactory.

It’s nonsense that in order to take the protective film off you have to disassemble this thing; it has no safety mechanism to lock handle. Seems to work ok slicing meat

My family occasionally does Asian hot pot so we needed a way to cut thin slices of beer and pork. Using a kitchen knife takes forever and the cuts aren't consistent. We also have an electric deli slicer that works decently but I hated having to always spend 10 minutes afterwards taking it apart and cleaning out the small pieces of meat that stuck onto the circular blade and the small chunks of meat that made their way into the internal parts of the slicer mechanism.This product worked surprisingly well and was lower priced than other similar units. I can now slice meat paper thin for hot pot (thin enough where you can almost see through the slices) and on up to 1/4" if I want to do beef broccoli. Plus, after I'm done with it, it only takes 30 seconds to just rinse it under the kitchen sink with some soapy water.I've only had this unit for a little over a month now, so I can't attest to it's longevity yet. Some people have commented they had small rust spots start appearing on the metal. But mine has been fine so far.

Great meat slicer! Easy to set up & use & easy cleaning just by simple hot water rinsing! Can’t find a better price than this one with good quality!Just love it since it save my time! Simply take the meat out from my freezer and cut the meat with ease! Cook my nice dinner at no time!
