This meat grinder is well-built and performs exactly as expected. Assembly and cleaning are straightforward, making the whole process hassle-free. The #12 size offers more efficiency compared to the #10 model I used before. For best results, keep the meat cold or slightly frozen and cut it into strips—this makes grinding much smoother and quicker. Looking forward to trying homemade sausages soon.
