When I opened the product packaging I felt that the structure of this product was particularly small. and I was worried that it might not be easy to use. but works great for slicing frozen meat.It is also easy to clean. But be careful not to cut your fingers. It's best to wear gloves before operating. Last night, I eat barbecue and used it to cut meat, which almost cut my fingers. It's very sharpNice product.I am happy with my purchase.

This meat slicer is a relatively compact model. It’s well-made and very lightweight. At first, I tried slicing frozen beef straight from the freezer, but it wouldn’t cut. However, if I take the frozen meat out and let it sit at room temperature for about half an hour before slicing, it works very easily. Overall, this model offers great value for its price.

I’m so glad I bought it! Got this slicer to cut frozen lambs for hotpot. Tried it today for the first time and it worked great! I thought I might not be too strong but it actually very sharp and didn’t require strength at all. and it is very easy to clean everything after use.Highly recommended!

Gets translucent-thin slices from brick-hard wagyu blocks. Sharper than my sushi chef knife. Frozen Beef used to take 15 mins per piece. Now I blast through 5 lbs in 10 mins. Bonus: slices are so uniform they cook evenly every time. Pro tip: slightly dampen the meat surface for perfect glide!
