UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 25, 2020: The seller still has not contacted me to resolve the letter issue, and be willing to replace the keychain, to make this sale right. This says a lot about the integrity of this seller. Don't waste your time buying from this seller!MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this product as a gift for my son's birthday which is today, August 3rd. He opened his gift to find the "w" is messed up. I am highly disappointed that the letters on this keychain is messed up! Since I bought this on July 3rd, the return window has closed! Only one day after the return window closed! I will not buy from this company again. I should not have bought it since there was only 1 review. Now I'm stuck with a keychain that my son doesn't want because of the messed up letter!
