This new design has No Intake Air Temp component, so now my car is freaking out and throws codes for no temp input as it can't read the Intake Air Temp. Causes engine to sputter and run very rough. No power while driving.Put the old one back in and it runs fine.

MAP sensor came quickly, but I have a problem on my 2012 Prius, it will not accelerate the engine by the throttle body, but it will move the car by the electric motor. Also, it will not charge the hybrid battery but it does charge the 12 volt battery. Because of this problem I have already replaced the throttle body, accelerator pedal, MAF sensor, crankcase ventilation valve, EGR cooler and valve, intake manifold, fuel injectors, Fuel Pump, Hybrid battery and charge controller and the 12 volt battery is only about 6 months old. Also I filled the car up with gas. So I put this new MAP sensor on it hoping it would help but the car still has the same problems. I have also ordered a new VVT solenoid but it hasn`t shown up yet. The car idles like a new car and there is no check engine light on. I have to keep charging the hybrid battery with a Maxx Volt hybrid battery charger after it idles or I move the car, after several minutes of running. So yes, the MAP sensor so far seems fine that I got from you, at least it did not make things worse.

I installed this in my 2012 Prius with minimal tools and effort. YouTube is a great resource to find the location on your vehicle! This MAP sensor was the exact replica of the OEM that I removed and over $100.00 less expensive. Not only did I save on the installation, but on this extremely well made product.
