I use it all the time in my garden. I made a dirt sifter to get all the beetle grubs out of my garden

I thought the price was a little stiff, however, the product is extremely well made. I did not suffer from the common complaints about lack of weld points for every intersection. You can see how I used this above. I cut the 1 piece in half with wire cutters, then folded it on top of my exhaust, then rolled it around the exhaust, then finally, attached to the exuast event with 3 stainless steel zip ties. Stainless steel zip ties. It would help if you had these too :)

Good product, when shaped it's sturdy. Welded, not much and only on two outer edges. That does not matter if one cuts it the right way, which is not what most do. DO NOT cut it with tin snips regardless of the directions, the sizzor action of the shears just tears up the woven material. Solution, mark it with magic market, take a small pair of nips and cut one small interconnecting piece of wire at a time with the pointed end of the nips. Patience it takes a little time.

I used this to protect an opening in a portable hvac unit from small objects falling in. I painted it black so it would not show. As you can see I had to cut a circle shape and tho it is easy to bend boy was it hard to cut cleanly. So plan ahead and have the right tools. It was great to find a screen that was “just right” as I looked at all the home supply places with no luck!

Mesh screen cuts easily with tin snips and you can bang out the creases in it with a mallet as the screen is folded in the packaging. I used it to replace the screen over the outdoor vent for my gas fireplace. I was able to take out the old screen and use it as a template to cut the new one. I added a before and a few after pictures and as you can see it looks much better and will keep the birds or squirrels from getting too curious.

The description "all woven nets of the mesh are carefully welded against slipping and splitting off." led me to believe that the entire mesh screen was welded. But only the perimeter of the mesh is welded. This makes it useless for applications that require it to be trimmed to fit as it will unravel once the perimeter is trimmed. It's a shame though as the material is otherwise very sturdy and would have worked perfectly for a radiator stone guard on my motorcycle. I'd even pay more to have a stainless mesh screen like this that is fully welded as my other options would be much more expensive.

I purchased to cut out 2" circular screens for my bait well course pre-screen. Although it is welded together around the edges, the middle is not, so it comes apart. I fixed that when it was epoxied in place, but was expecting all of it to be welded not just the edges. But the competition is not even welded along the edges, so it was the best thing out there for my application. It is stainless, so should last a long time. Works great..
