These heavy book ends are perfect for what I needed to pull together some oversized books and binders. No more sudden crashes in realizing my previously, flimsy bookends had given way and allowed my books and binders to fall off the end of the bookcase!

These are very nice bookends. The are not as wide as others though. Something to be aware of if you are trying to hold up heavy books.

These bookends are gorgeous! The price seems more than fair for such beautiful, well-crafted, heavy [functional!] bookends. They would make a great gift for your favorite reader! I've attached some detail shot so you can see the natural variation of the stone. With natural stone, it's best to be a bit flexible in your expectations, because tone and color can differ from the product photos. One of my bookends has a beige blip, but that's to be expected and does not represent a flaw. I'm really pleased with these!

Super heavy and easily holds my heftiest of books. Great for any bookcase and incredibly sturdy. Looks really well made and I've had no problem with it so far. Would definitely recommend

Very nice, solid, sturdy bookends. They are neutral colored and will look lovely pretty much anywhere. They come with some stick-on non-skids that I haven't had to use. Depends on what surface they are set on, whether the non-skids are needed or not. These are very heavy.

I'm redoing some bookcases and thought these would be a great little addition since the new bookcases don't have sides on them (didn't think that one through!) I was pleasantly surprised that these do seem to be made of actual marble (not just made to look like it) so they are super heavy and will work well to hold my books up. The color of the wood is really nice in person and overall give a professional high-end look.
