Our front desk admin kept boxes and boxes of highlighters and Sharpies in her cabinet, but the organizer in me couldn't stand it any longer. I was given the responsibility to purchase office supplies a few months ago, so since I like things to look neat and tidy - and be easily accessible - I ordered this to have pens displayed better. It looks really good and each upper slot holds a little more than a box of highlighters or several pens or sharpies. I think she really likes it to, as it's easier to have a visual of what is needed than having to look through multiple boxes of pens.

I just started using pens and small markers. They were all over my desk will-nilly. What to do? This little organizer seemed like a good choice and it was! Very happy now i dont have to sort for the marker or pencil i need! Just the right size and a space below cubbies to lay my large drawing brush. Very handy.

I've just purchased another of these to go on my desk. They're attractive, take up very little space, and hold a ton of pens and pencils. Now I can organize my writing tools by type and color and easily find what I need. I also filled the slots with paintbrushes, rulers, and scissors and everything fit nicely. I wish I had space for a few more.

This organizer is smaller than expected, but it does hold all that I need it to. With nine slots to hold pens, pencils and markers, it can organize all the essentials. The lowest area has no dividers, so it is really handy for my small stapler, glue sticks, and post-it notes. I actually like the smaller size because it takes up less room on my art table without sacrificing storage area. The mesh metal is pretty sturdy and I love that it doesn't need to be assembled by the buyer!

I bought this to organize a student desk for home schooling, and it works perfectly. The smaller compartments are the perfect size for writing utensils, kids scissors, paint dispensers (4 oz squeeze bottles), glue sticks, and even flashcards. The bottom compartment is perfect for paintbrushes, whiteboard erasers, and other larger sized materials/utensils. The upward tilt prevents spills, and the depth keeps it low profile when you line it against the wall.
