The fit of the piston and rings in cylinder is good, however the cylinder is taller that OEM and does not allow timing chain to be installed. Essentially it is useless unless you hire a machine shop to modify cylinder height. At that point it makes more sense (and costs less) to buy new piston and bore original cylinder.

I got this cylinder in the mail and had everything ready to re instal but the cylinder is to tall that makes it impossible to put the timing chain on without damaging it , if you machine the cylinder down it will work and the front of the head that faces the starter has to be grinded down for the cylinder to go down flat on the crank case it rubs against it

Piston is smaller and cylinder is too tall for xl200. Don't waste your money

did fit 200e three wheeler. but it has a hole on back of jug for cam chain tensor to fit. other than that its a good kit and works and fits. ill either make a block plate or see about buying tensor that fits hole but not use it. be nicer kit of theyd put a block plate in kit incase you dont need it. but price was cheap and glad to have my three wheeler back toward going
