Was disappointed in this product from Marinco. First of all, it was "clocked" incorrectly so that the cord hung down at an angle instead of straight down. I had to re-clock the receptacle to get the cord to hang vertically. Then, after experiencing a number of power cut-offs during a subsequent RV trip, I discovered that there is something wrong with the location of the contacts in the female end (the right angle end connecting to the RV receptacle). I had to firmly rotate the right-angle connector clockwise then re-tighten the locking ring in order for the power to remain on. This would last maybe 15 minutes, after which I had to repeat the exercise. I finally gave up and retired the adapter to my junk pile.Andy Clark

Very well made, as is most Marinco stuff. Takes some of the strain off the trailer connector.

Had to modify retainer ring, was with the cord by it self. Had to modify it to install.

This is a well built adapter and will work perfectly in my application. I have always found it a little goofy how the shore power comes out horizontal instead of like this.
