Got these struts yesterday for 2016 Cadillac Escalade. They fit perfectly and work great so far. Installation was surprisingly easy. Hardest part was loosening the trim panel for the connector. Automatic lift gate working again.

The struts fit well, installation is not difficult but you must pay careful attention to do so correctly, I watched videos to familiarize myself with the process. After installation the gate would only go half way up. I emailed the vendor and they suggested I reprogram the lift system. This was never mentioned in any of the documentation nor videos however it did the trick. The struts work well. No issues so far.

Easy installation—very intuitive. They seem to be working great. They were of equal quality to OEM (from external perspective). Good value. The only unknown at this point is their longevity, so time will tell!

I just finished installing these on my 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. They work. Time will tell how long they last but for the money versus having a mechanic do it, I'm pretty sure they'll be cost effective.I take off a star for the complete lack of documentation for installing these. There are a number of steps and if you don't do them in the right order you will be frustrated. Also, resetting the system and getting them to operate is not entirely self-evident. Just a page or two providing a little help would have saved me a lot of googling and frustration. I probably could have installed them in half the time with a bit of instruction (and while I wouldn't exactly call myself a mechanic, this is not the first time working with stuff like this on my RAV4).So overall not a bad product, it just needs some basic directions on the finer points of the install.

Our 2016 Toyota highlander made an awful noise when the lift gate opened we tried so many lubricants to fix it but they never worked. Watched a video about changing the struts and ordered these. Could not of been easier and a whole lot cheaper than going to the dealer. Back to quiet lift and a very happy customer. These struts were delivered very quickly and the packaging was secure so you knew you were receiving a quality product as well

Prior to purchasing the product I watched a video on how to repair/replace a broken strut. The package didn’t have any instructions, but by watching the video I k knew what to do. It was easy to replace/install the new struts. May be a good idea to include instructions.Product works great

This works a majority of the time. Sometimes the door will almost close all the way, then it pushes back out and beeps without fully closing. I also had the ball joint pop out once and it dented/scratched the paint on the door frame. I’m not 100% satisfied, that’s for sure.
