These are very nice nippers if you are cutting thick glass, however if your glass is thinner the opening is too wide and it doesn't come close to meeting the glass to nip it.I would recommend these for tile or any heavy glass just not for making stained glass pieces.

Handles spread crazy far apart for maximum opening between jaws. Like too far even if u have big hands.....as I do..... I'm 6'3" with long/large parts!(lmao). They didnt open wide enough for handmade 3x6 grey subway tile. Regretted not buying the $10 pair instead of these for $20 bc I know the $10 pair opens wider. Cant really get ur hand all the way around the handles even when nipping tile that isn't too thick. Is a nice pair of nips but the handle opens wayyyyyy too wide for any persons one hand. Maybe they can be adjusted. Havent tried yet. So ar kinda sissapp2Mmmmt

I liked the ease of use but the angle of the cutter head is too shallow and breaks the tile unevenly most of the time. It is a shame that the carbide tips are not cut at a proper angle.

This is trash is not the one on the picture. to heavy l not recommend this product don't waste your money.

Sadly the jaws of these nippers will only fit a tile of about 7mm or less in thickness which is a very rare occurrence in tiles these days. I only found this out after I had to wreck the packaging and was then able to open the nippers up.
