I knew the size of this Marshalltown Mortar Pan before I bought it ... it was what I wanted. WOW ... it arrived today and is really the right size. My mind didn't accurately picture how big 30" x 30" would really be. I usually use an old wheelbarrow to mix my concrete and mortar, then just hose it down afterward. This pan is better than the wheelbarrow. Now I can mix the concrete and set it down right beside my job for convenience. The construction is solid and this pan is made to last. I highly recomment the Marshalltown Mortar Board/Pan 14892

I am a do it yourselfer and I purchased this pan to mix cement and mortar for a brick fireplace and a flagstone patio. The pan held up great and am looking forward to using it on the next project.

Most other steel mortar pans are made of 16 ga. steel, but this little gem is a little thicker being made of 12ga. making it just that much more durable. Very useful for mixing up small batches of mortar or concrete, and you just can't beat the Marshalltown quality for the price of this pan.
