This cable organizer is great quality and looks so much better than the power strip and a mess of cords piled on the floor. It comes with cable guides and the lid is easy to flip open or closed should you need to plug a vacuum cleaner or something into your power strip temporarily. This is very decorative, great quality and keeps all my cords organized. It is a great item to have.

This is the third one of these I have ordered. I was originally luke warm on the design, figuring that using cable ties or sleeves would be better, but I have changed my mind.This one is large enough to contain a standard size power strip, and if you route the cables through the slots on either end, it really cleans up the area. All you see is a little basket with cables running out of each end. This also prevents accidentally tripping the power strip by stepping on it (or dogs/cats).This unit also comes with a handful of cable ties and cable clips with self-adhesive to help organize the cables further. It's a nice value add.

The sides are open so you can't store anything other then wiring in them it's more of a inconvenience than anything
