These are a great size for your smaller documents, such as Passports, Jewelry, etc.Thankfully we have not had a fire to truly test it.

They are very big huge you can probably get a lot of paper work in them but to fit in your go bag might be kind of hard @ least for me they are!

Wanted to replace my fire proof safe with something more space saving. This fit the bill. I also purchased one for my son for his apartment to keep his important documents in one safe place. Takes up way less room in my closet. That was my main reason for buying.

Seems like it will hold up very nicely. I expected it to be thicker. It does hold a fair amount. Height and length is good. The depth is weak. Still pleased enough to give as gifts to 5 people.

these are just big enough to handle a sheath of 8x11 papers and folders. I bought two, one for my discharge papers and one for my high school JROTC papers. I am going to get another set for my college documentation and another one to hold my wills, DNC, advanced medical directives. I used to pay for a safe deposit bank box...over 100 a month, but now that i have these I'm saving a lot of money!

I got this as a replacement because the one I've had for years doesn't have the strip of reflective material @ the top to help locate it. This one has an extra pocket besides Velcro to close the pockets they both zip. I'm not convinced it will hold more than my old one even with the other pocket. But, it was an upgrade nonetheless. I'm passing my old one on to my son & daughter in law for their important papers because it's important to keep them safe.
