This guitar is beautiful. Solid VTS top, Solid rosewood back and sides. Higher end materials for a much cheaper price for a Martin. I am sure for Martin to offer it at this price was more of a statement to it’s competitors and pricing involved opting out of the hardshell case and pickguard to offer such an amazing sounding guitar for its price. Plenty of volume for such a small body guitar and playability was on point right out of the box. You can really dig in on this guitar and responds really well with with hard strumming even with extra light D’Addarios strings.
