ボディサイドに酷いキズ有り発送前に絶対に気が付くレベルだけど事前の連絡も無しボディ割れまでは無さそうで返送面倒なので使う事にするけど、安い買い物では無いし演奏する度に目に入る場所の傷。せめて事前の断りくらい出来なかったのかな、残念です。

新品なのにチュウニングしても、ビビリ音が発生している。ちゃんと演奏できるギターを販売しろ。車、バイクでも新車の点検整備は、必ずやっている。不具合のまま、走ると大事故になるからなぁ。 こんなギターを売りつけられたら、初心者は、怒り、悲しむぞ。何やってるんだ！ マーティンもクロサワ楽器も一流じゃなかったのか？ ふんぞり返って、仕事をしていると、信用を無くすぞ！ネット販売でも、発送前の点検をちゃんとやれよ。そんなの当然だろう、客の立場に立ってみろ。

I'm disturbed by the lack of quality control. The guitar I received is unplayable, with the action set so close that the high E string does nothing but buzz. There's no way this should have left the factory. No one tested this guitar at all, and it was not properly setup. While trying to adjust it, I broke the G string -- not during the adjustment at all, but while I was tuning back to standard tuning using proper technique. I haven't popped a string in decades, especially not since I switched to nano/polyweb strings. Again, there's no way this should have left the factory. Can only imagine what kind of garbage strings they are putting on a $1300 guitar that they would break before the guitar has even been played. Save yourself the trouble and get a guitar from a manufacturer who cares like Taylor.

I'd originally sought a 10E, with the satin finish, but I couldn't find one in stock. For a little more, the 12E glossy finish is gorgeous. But the best is the sound. Resonant with deep bass and clear high notes. I love this instrument. It promises hours of enjoyment. Built in tuner is very convenient. Willcut Guitars was terrific; prompt, honest and responsive. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

This guitar is awesome, especially for the price point. The playability is very smooth. The guitar with it's built intuner stays in tune very well. I would recommend this guitar to anyone that loves a Martin guitar at a very affordable price.

A huge upgrade from the beginner guitar that I was using. The D-12 will not disappoint with it's solid wood construction and Fishman MX-T electronics. You can play just about anything on this and it will sound good.
