Use it for massaging out knots and its the right hardness

I use it to massage pain throughout my body. I'll put it aganst the wall and press the area of my body that's in pain onto it and use it to massage any part of my body that's in pain. Thank God for these balls because they can reach muscle pain far more effectively than my hands. I've used other balls but these are tough as nails.
