Cheap plastic handle and broke right off. As well the top edge is not a perfect right angle to the handle so cutting a piece of paper down turns it into a rhomboid.

Terribly upset with this. For something that originally retailed at $119, it should have been made better. It cuts nicely, but the safety latch does not line up, therefore it will not click to latch. This was one of the main reasons I purchased this particular paper cutter. Another reason for purchasing it was that it is Premier, which I thought was a good brand.

The church office loves the trimmer ,though it hasn't cut up to 15 sheets, rather I believe, it has cut up to 10 sheets with ease and it has performed very well! It is a great value for the money spent-it was well below in cost versus the other companies in the same size and performance ratting. We would recommend this trimmer highly- the only reason it doesn't get 5 stats is because of the paper cutting claim-10 versus 15-etc.etc.
