I've been wanting to get a set of margarita glasses, but was looking for something extra special, not just your typical margarita glasses. I know these are labeled as martini glasses, but they are perfect for margaritas, as well (and any other drink you want to serve in a fancy glass). These glasses are very pretty and elegant, and feel sturdy enough even though they are fairly lightweight. As others have mentioned, the ribbed portion of the stem allows for a more secure grip on the glass. They also hold a generous 11+ ounces. The iridescent cocktail shaker and other accessories are very attractive, also, and look great with the blue carnival glass items on my counter. I'm definitely keeping mine, but these would make a great gift. They come packaged very securely in a good-looking box, and would make an impressive present for a lucky recipient. Highly recommended!

This set comes complete with two stemmed glasses, a shaker, a strainer and cup and a glass salt rimmer. There is also a jigger in the same design. Comes beautifully boxed and foam lined to prevent breakage. Great gift for that margarita lover.

Very unique colors. The glasses are a little on the smaller side but still very nice. comes with additional accessories, shaker, stirrer, salt storer. Definitely seems more like margarita glasses so not sure why the martini designation. OVerall nice addition to our cocktail/beer glass collection.

This is a great margarita set. The glasses, shaker, jigger, and tools are pretty and well made. I like the wooden salt container. This is an elegant bar set. The box had foam pieces to protect the things inside. This can make a nice host/hostess gift or house warming gift.

A touch pricey for two glasses and some cheaper tools, but I think they are good for themed cocktails. The color is vibrant and has a nice ombre effect with a cocktail inside. Pictured here is a Golden Dawn, which has a layered grenadine effect at the bottom...giving the overall effect a pretty nice change of color all the way through. The glasses are very sturdy and easy to clean, while the volume is a little large for a standard spec cocktail from any modern cocktail book...but that makes them a little safer to carry around at parties. Each is heavy and solid, and the stem is attractive and has a niche look that is different from other glasses for sure.The tools are slightly cheap and thing, but I guess the iridescent look is in or at least makes it look interesting. The jigger is a standard one with no markings and so I won't get much use out of it. But the strainer is alright and does the job on both mixing glasses and shaker tins. I won't use the shaker tin, actually, because I have a lot of double walled insulated shakers (the way to go) and this will just sit on the shelf or get passed on. Overall, I'm mostly happy to add the glasses to my barware arsenal, and the whole set is a 4.5 for me, here rounded to a 5.
