Good weight and alot of aluminum for the price. For use in salt and brackish water. Performs better, protects longer than Zinc. Alloy is manufactured to meet or exceed US Military Specification (MIL-DTL-24779C(SH)). That is why I decided to go with Martyr aluminum anodes.

The anode pictured in the add was made in Canada. The ones I got, like everything else these days, were Made in China.
