This is not what I expected at all. It is difficult for an adult to get this over their head, and the opening to see out is tiny. There are wood screws holding the clear visor to the helmet, and with no wood to screw to they just barely retain the visor on. Terrible use of funds. If I could give a negative star I would.

The head is great, the only thing I would have liked differently would have been if it was shipped in a better quality cardboard box. The box it came in was partly crushed to the point where it can't be used for storage between uses. The head wasn't damaged enen though the box was.

This product is very well liked. I used it at my Fire Dept Open House held for the public to come down and enjoy the firehouse. The item was in many many pictures with the kids and they loved it. I am glad I bought this.

The head is cheaply made. It took forever to come (a month). The eyes do not have screened cutouts so you have to look through the mouth in order to see. A cheap imitation of the real thing.

Does not look like the picture. Very weird looking sparky. He’s not even smiling. Frightening to kids.
