May be I got unlucky, but this sensor didn't work as the box was open and the sensor seem damage out of box.

Replaced this in a 2013 Mazda CX-5 since a check engine light came on after running diagnostics with a OBDII reader. If a vehicle does not start or crank, this would be the first thing to check since OEM one failed after 10 years. It has been over 8 months and no issues after replacement. Very easy to install and replace, and a good value when compared to OEM. Plastic used aesthetically would seem to hold up well over time, and hope this lasts just as long but have expectation it will be lower.
