Does what it's supposed to do.Uses less wall space for more locks that most other designs.Cost is much lower than competing designs.Is a robust metal design. I expect it to hold up to industrial use.It takes a couple of tries to figure out how the lock tab works but once you have it figured out it works great.Not a product problem but, I ordered a dozen of these and another product at the same time and somehow the two day shipping turned into a week and half with multiple shipments. I don't know if it was Amazon or not having all of the items available when I ordered.

This won't fit large shackle diameters. The box is sturdy enough for the lockout tagout purpose.

Light and good design. There is an inside latch that shuts off all of the holes so unless all holes are cleared it cannot be opened. Clever design. The holes are not huge so if the padlock is too big it won't fit. Otherwise it's a great product.
