If the switch does not work:
- Press the left-front switch on the driver's window controller all the way downwards and maintain for 5-8 seconds.
- Please turn the switch all the way upwards and maintain for 5-8 seconds. Then restart the vehicle to complete the match.
Attention:
- Plug in a new switch under full stop condition.
- Clean the dust off the plug and the connector before installing a new switch.
- Following the requirements to make sure window switches are fully functional. Otherwise, the window may have problems moving up and down. The up & down motor drive might even become damaged.
Tips:
- Do NOT spill water on the car door because any water seeping in can lead to internal short circuiting.
- Do NOT put anything in the car window gap. Doing so may cause the window to become stuck, and unable to be lifted up or down. Moreover, the pressure will be transmitted to, and damage the lift motor.

Needed to replace the driver's side window switch in my 2017 Dodge Journey was afraid it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. Someone suggested I go to Amazon, not only was it inexpensive, I was able to do it myself! For free! It fit perfectly, was easy to install and has been working a good 6 months now

Got this as I’ve been unable to lower my driver’s side window (and adjust the power mirrors but the other windows I can adjust fine). This switch however is not the right one for my model of Journey. Didn’t realize that till I took mine off. Recommend removing the old switch first and verifying what connections it has before buying.

Part got here on time, it was what I ordered and they even sent a little plastic tool to be able to safely remove the old part. (I already had some) but it's a nice touch. Part looked remarkably similar to OEM part.

Tried these window switches on multiple vehicles (mostly chrysler products) and finding that they are not compatible 90% of the time

I was glad I got my window fix and it didn’t cost me much to get it done.My driver’s side window would not go up. I left it at a repair shop for about five days. We got the car back and ordered the part from Amazon. Got it within two days fix the window the same day and it been working every since.
