Our shop purchased this for servicing refrigerators with R600a. It has never been reliable, overheating on these small systems before getting under 1000 microns about 80% of the time. Changed the oil after a half dozen uses, which helped, but only for the first two jobs, then back to it's antics.Too late to return now, so we'll have to see how well Mastercool backs their warranty.

I've owned this pump for 1.5 years & it worked fine during that time. Now has begun leaking oil from some internal seal. I use it less than twice a month. Only bought it because I needed a spark free unit, and there are so few on the market. Adding to that, the included bottle of oil leaked out in shipping. Huge disappointment for the price.
