This mezuzah is well made, easy to hang, and even more beautiful in person. It does come with a scroll, but I wasn't sure, so I bought one to insert just in case.

I loved it all.Tried to cancel because it said it didn’t have a scroll with it. Too late to get cancelled..It came and it DID COME WITH SCROLL!Soo happy with itIt is gorgeous. Sharon

This is a beautiful mezuzah that comes in a fancy and heavy box, wrapped in a lot of tissue with a gold sticker for an extra special presentation. I would have given it 5 stars, but there is no scroll, and for that I am very disappointed. I also think that $19.99 is a lot because it is incomplete w/o the scroll. If I bought it for a gift, I'd have to return it. But I bought it for myself, and I'll just make a copy of a scroll that I have and insert it. I would rather the company put less fanfare into the box, etc, and had given the customer the full product they desire. PS I cannot really comment on durability, as I haven't hung it up yet.
