The two smaller pillows really do help in keeping me from rolling to my back. They also support my back pretty well. I like that it comes with 2 of those smaller pillows because I tend to flip back and forth so the support is even no matter what side I lay on. The long pillow is great and it's a good length to fit between my thighs and chest so that I can hug it for more support. The cooling effect is nice but temporary because once it's warm it stays like that.

I have back pain, so when I saw this, I thought it might be helpful.PROS:- Cooling cover is nice and silky- The adjustability of the three pieces had potentialCONS:- The pillows didn't really support me side sleeping, crushing quickly until it felt like I just had a thick blanket under my knee.- The longer piece needs to be longer. I'm 5'3" and it felt small.- The stomach/back pieces are a little firmer, but not much.- There is only one way to attach them to the bigger pillow. I think it would be better if each one could be attached separately.Overall, I will not be buying or recommending this one. There are better options on the market.

The different sections of this pillow and the shape of it allow you to customize it for what makes you comfortable. I wish I had had one when I was pregnant. I actually got this to help an older relative with back and knee issues find a comfortable supportive position during the night. So for whatever reason, you may need a little extra support here and there this pillow will help.
