Purchased and returned immediately. Very flimsy plastic. I own other cooking utensils that carry the name brand and temp range. This spoon has no branding and feels cheaply made.

I've been using this spoon for 5 years now and it's very good. In fact I recently marked mine by cutting meat that was on it, so I'll probably order another. Recommended
