This is a firm mattress. I like a firm mattress, so this met my expectation. if you prefer a medium firm or a softer version, this mattress is not for you. The build quality was very good. Over all, I'm pleased with my purchase. Delivery date was spot on.

The description for this product is wrong. I received a platform of wood covered with cloth, not box springs foundation. The mattress is so hard that it feels like sleeping on a floor. The mattress has the springs and you can feel them when you lay on the mattress. A medium plush mattress should be more comfortable than what I got.So, if this is the platform and the box spring then where is the mattress? This is what it feels like, I am trying to sleep on the box springs with no mattress.Could not sleep, way too hard and ended up with a headache and my whole-body ache as well after only a couple of hours of sleep.

This mattress isn't terrible, it certainly isn't the most comfortable we have experienced. The "pillow top" is almost nonexistent. It was the intensely poor delivery experience that really made me upset. Horrible, nonexistent communication, they say "delivery date" and mean the date it possibly arrives at the warehouse. No emails to discuss, I had to dig through several layers to find a phone number. I got a delivery date a week after the supposed first delivery date , they canceled it the day before with insufficient explanation. Took almost a month to receive a very meh mattress. I'd pass on this mattress if I were you.

This mattress is… not comfortable. It’s advertised as being on the plush side, but it feels like you’re sleeping on a brick. I will say that for the price you can’t beat it, especially since it comes with a foundation included . If you prefer your mattress to be rock solid, then this could be a good deal. If you’re like us and prefer sleeping in comfort, you’d be better served shopping around some more.

This is an ultra firm mattress advertised as med plush. It's like a rock. I would not recommend if you are seeking soft and comfy.
