the mid size case fits like a glove for my Leica 10x42 Geovid R Binoculars !!there’s enough room for most straps and the materials and construction are high quality, it’s a great case !the external connectors makes it easy to use any strap that has the same size connector…

The Full size 8.5 x 7 x 2.5" fit's my Vortex Razor UHD 8x42 perfectly with room for the strap off to the side. The binoculars are easy to take in and out of the case, and they fit snugly when the top is zipped down. The hard shell of the case protects your binoculars better than a soft sided case, especially if you dropped your binoculars.

Fits Maven C1 perfectly. Good quality and price. Wish they sold the strap.

Title says it all. Great replacement for the dismal Canon 8X20 case.

I wanted a good, lightweight, case for my Swaro's, which are not cheap binoculars so took a chance on this case. Well built and protects them from the heavy wear I place on them during transport to matches.

Maven makes superior bino cases - I use them on most of my smaller handheld pairs. I wish these would come with the strap included, I had to order this separately. All in all, a great way to protect one's investment in good optics!**Make sure to confirm bino size to ensure proper fit of pair in case before selecting size! Thanks!

I thought it was a bit strange that the product description didn’t specify which Maven binoculars go with which size case. As it turns out, the Maven C3 10x50 fits the Medium case perfectly. Some reviews complain that the case doesn’t come with a neck strap, but it’s important to bear in mind that Maven cases are designed for Maven binoculars and the clips on the case are designed to work with the clips on the neck strap that’s included with every pair of Maven binoculars. That’s why the case doesn’t come with one. If you’re using this case for non-Maven binoculars, your neck strap might not attach, but you could always order one from Maven.

This case is lightweight but rigid enough to provide decent protection. I love the quick disconnects for the case, though, you need to purchase the neck strap, separately. I really think they should provide the strap. I bought the Compact size in accordance with the Maven guidance for my Maven compact binoculars. They case is still much bigger than it needs to be and easily fits my medium sized binoculars too.

First pic is the compact version. Second is the mid size. I prefer the compact. Too much play with the mid size. Yes they come with the glasspak but I want a compact case to use on my boat. Very nice cases. No strap as per the description so the buckles on it are useless to me

The Maven binocular case itself is fine, and will serve to keep my Nikon 12X56 ATB binoculars in a safer storage case than the original cheap soft nylon case that most companies have downgraded to these days. The binoculars fit just fine in the Maven case with room to spare for a small DIY cleaning kit and the bino strap. That said, the cheap plastic shipping bag was sliced open and the surface of the Maven case was damaged by whatever did the slicing. Not too happy about the shipping package, or how it was handled, and that it was put in my mailbox like that. But, I'll keep it since it's only a surface cut and the Maven case will function just fine even though it was mishandled and damaged in shipping.

After having passed on 2 sets of good binos, I instead tucked the $$$ away and recently took the plunge for, what I consider, the 'finest' of the 'fine' binos for overall scouting, hunting field work and birding. I just received a pair Swaro EL 8.5x42, Model 34208. Since the case provided with binos is a soft material, I wanted instead to find a good quality, semi rigid, simple, strapless case, to protect the binos while at home resting on a table without fear of damage should they fall. Of course, when out in the field, I revert to my trusty chest harness with case attached. I did the research and focused-in on the Maven's, Mid Size. I found in doing the research that matching the (seldom provided) case interior dimensions with a particular size binos is no easy task. In this case, the models/size of the Maven binos paired to fit in the Mid Size were posted. Then, I was able to compare the dimensions of those models with with the dimensions of the Swaro EL's and found one - at least on paper - would fit. Turned out (see photo), the binos are a perfect (no wobble room) fit with the case. Eye cups were screwed in, lens covers installed on both ends.Put the order in with Amazon and received the case right on time, well packed and in perfect condition. The case has an exterior rigid/stiff fabric wall and should protect the contents with impact wit the floor. The workmanship of the case is very good. The interior is lined with a soft smooth fabric. There is one easy to operate zipper and a beefy rubber grip handle on top. While there is no carrying strap provided (which I have no need for), there are two sturdy 3/4" female snap-in connectors located next to the handle should you choose to use them. I must mention, I cannot see this case being used in a rough outdoor environment. I have the same comment for the case provided with the Swaro's. As far as the cost: Based on the cases I've used and seen, I would have guessed the Maven's to be in the $35-40 price bracket. Therefore, at $20, I feel I got quite the deal!!To all, enjoy the out-of-doors and be safe. PaddlerJoe
