Perfect replacement for the rear tires on my Craftsman lawn tractor. Before these, I was tearing up the lawn when the original tires would slip on slighly wet grass or on moderate hills.Installed these myself and never looked back! Good value, been on for quite a while and No noticeable treadwear. Smooth ride with no damage to the lawn, and no slippage on the grass or hills. I wish I had gotten these years ago.

These work great on my zero turn. They will go across a muddy area without getting stuck. They don’t slide and tear up my grass like the turf tires did.

Awesome tires for the wet swampy area that I mow. Grip on hillsides is great. Got the matching front tires and they work perfectly together and don’t tare up the grass when turning. Worked perfect on my cub xt1

I went through quite a few options for tires for my riding mower before landing on these. At first I thought I wanted an R1 agricultural style tread. I wanted to dominate my hilly yard mowing, but I do also use my mower on pavement occasionally. I was concerned about the bumpy ride, especially because my seat is completely garbage.I then read another review of these tires that said they were actually better than the agricultural styles on hills. These are truly the best of both worlds.Dominate hills even when wet and through high grass. I could plow through wet weeds 3' high going up a muddy hill. I could mow banks I've never attempted.Grab the trailer and haul debris on any surface with a good enough ride quality for occasional usage.I had the tire shop mount the tires and that saved loads of time and frustration. Well worth it.Time will tell if they hold up, but I'm optimistic based on the quality look and feel.

These tires were a direct replacement for the 20-8-8 "turf saver" tires originally on the mower. While they were slightly bigger, I did not have any clearance issues. This is worth checking on your mower before purchase. There is no comparison in performance between these tires and turf savers. I often mow in adverse conditions and use cheap riding mowers for this purpose. Besides tall grass I often have steep hills and ditch lines as well as hidden debris. When the sidewall was punctured with hidden debris on this mower, I gave these tires a shot. These offer more grip on this mower than the tractor/ag tread design I typically use, especially in reverse. Despite being directional, I have experienced no slippage in reverse. The sidewalls are noticeably thicker and hopefully prove to be more resilient to punctures.I’ve bought flatbed trailer tires all the way to bicycle tires off the internet and the general rule is no company ships or stores tires properly, and these were no exception. They were shipped stretch wrapped together with obvious crushing. The first tire seated easily, having a wider tire and smaller rim sure helps, but the second tire was triangle shaped with serious distortion on the outside bead. I struggled for a long time, but did eventually succeed right before reverting to the time proven starting fluid method. The bead distortion was so severe I needed bead sealer to stop the leak. In time the tire will reform round. For those without much tire experience or tools, this can be a real challenge. While I absolutely do blame the company for shipping triangle tires, it is sadly the industry norm.Overall, these tires are amazing. A bit pricey for a cheap mower, but excellent traction.

Replaced the standard 20x8-8 turf tires on my Kubota XT1 42 inch riding mower. Kept getting flats, but these new tires are awesome. Better traction and in case you’re wondering... no, they don't tear up the lawn. Great on the steep areas. A bit difficult to put on if you don’t have the right tools...I’ll probably take them to a tire shop, if I ever replace them. Had my mower for 7 years, so I expect to wear out the mower before the tires. Also have this brand on my quad for about 6 years now and they still look nearly new.Update: Had these on for over a year now...Still work and look great.

Our 1.5 acre property was very neglected when we purchased it. We spent the past 2 years cleaning the property but we have some large areas that lay very wet making it nearly impossible to mow with our riding mower and the factory turf tires. We would hit the wet spots and just spin out and get stuck and I got tired of having to drag it out so I started looking for options. I considered buying a bigger garden tractor or something with posi but couldn't justify the cost. So when I came across these tires and figured they were worth a shot.Pros:1. Fantastic Traction2. Cheaper than Ag Bar tires3. In the very wet areas it actually damages the yard less than spinning out with turf tires.Cons:1. 1 tire seated without any issue but the other fought me. It seemed like the sidewalls got crushed leaving me with a good 4-5 inch gap from the tire bead to the rim. I tried the ratchet strap trick and even took it to a tire shop. It took my mechanic father-in-law and the ether trick to get it to seat and even then it popped off the first couple tries. I have to say spraying a ton of carb cleaner into the tire and lighting it on fire scared the crap out of me but it did get the job done.2. Ride is noticeably rougher than with turf tires. It isn't uncomfortable but is something I noticed over the turf tire.3. It does leave noticeable tracks in soft ground. This might not be as noticeable for others but we still have some bare areas where it is very obvious in the dirt.4. They don't give you superpowers when you are on the mower. Not a con but, an observation of my stupidity. I thought I would test the capabilities of the tires and was going up steep hill that I knew I had no business being on when I hit a bump and the front end of the mower came way off the ground nearly rolling it back on top of me. Before the turf tires were the limiting factor and I wouldn't have gotten anywhere close to where I was to have put myself in that situation.
