Usage tips:
1. This is a linear transformer. The output voltage is proportional to the input voltage. When the output voltage is lower than 16V, please check if the input voltage is lower than 120V.
2. If the doorbell does not ring, please check if the input voltage and output voltage of the transformer are within the rated range.
3. If the transformer voltage output is not detected, check if the input voltage is 120V and the connection is correct.

This product is not a Ring doorbell product, the brand mentioned above is only for demonstrating compatibility

Transformer works as specified and was delivered on time. The threaded nipple for the primary wires seems slightly undersized and would not thread onto a 1/2" rigid coupling. (I needed the transformer to be an inch away from the box). I resolved the issue by installing a new 4x4 and mounting directly through a KO.
