I picked this up as a spare part for road trips. My truck currently has 344k on it and still the original accelerator pedal. I also do know that the loss of the throttle pedal will not allow me to drive the truck at all. Especially while towing.Rather than potentially require a tow down the road, I felt it prudent to throw a few choice spare parts into the cargo compartments. This pedal assembly included.I plugged it in to make sure it was compatible AND also functioned correctly before I had to rely on it.It works correctly and without setting off any diagnostic codes.In a way, I hope I don't need to install and rely on this, but knowing it will work when needed is a great thing to know.
