Kit came with duplicate brackets instead of the correct mirrored ones. Design is a ripoff of the airlift brand kit. The springs do not have the internal jounce pad. The hardware included does not allow for correct installation of the kit.Support phone number has no ability to help and they just send a email to China. 24 hour turn around for any response and all they can do is tell you they are 3 months or more out on backorder for parts. But they did offer me a $30 partial refund as if that would somehow make me able to use the parts they did send. 🤦♂️

The instructions were so unclear that I ended up just figuring it out on my own. I should’ve spent the money on a better name brand product.

Installed on my 2014 F150 lariat. Works great!!! Takes a while to figure out how to put together because instructions are pretty much just a picture but once you figure it out a little bit you'll get the rest. 100% recommend!

I was hesitant to buy at first, but the price was so much cheaper than anything else. Overall it seems like a decent product and the airbags are quality and (most) of the parts seem robust. They work well too.HOWEVER, installation was a nightmare. The instructions are basically useless, there is no structure and there is no detail. Basically you will have to figure it out by yourself so be prepared. it helps alot of you use other instructions from similar manufacturers. I ended up having to grind different parts so that they would fit.It was worth the cheaper price for me in the end but I did want to pull my hair out. It depends if it's worth your sanity or not...

Trying to decipher the instructions was trying. It took me 2 hours to figure out first assembly and 3 trial and error installs. Seems to be a good product otherwise.

They will answer emails in a decent amount of time but questions and answers are short and not very detailed. The installation instructions are just as short and not very detailed. The kits are virtually identical to higher priced kits. However the trade off is in the area of customer support and installation. My bags were to tall and bounced continuously. If you added air it just jacked the rear of my f150 up and made it super ridged. After downloading manuals from a couple of their competitors I figured out that they were for a 4WD and to tall for a RWD. I shortened the bottom bracket and it was all good. These guys discounted the product and all is good. If you are not very mechanically inclined you may be in trouble. In short the kits works good when installed correctly and on the correct vehicle. These guys will answer your emails and did make it right but it takes some mental work from you.

Helper springs to haul my 26 ft. Trailer with my f 150 I think they will work well but have not put them to the test yet.

No instructions, went together once I figured it out. Doing a 3500 kms move canada day weekend. So far it hasn't let me down. Would definitely buy for my next truck.
