this works. you have to transfer over the rubber seal for the connector.my only complaint is that the gear nose doesn't extend far into the body of the window lift frame.in the original the gear nose extents into the body and it is supported by the frame by about a 1/4 inch of gear nose.this one just barely touches the inside of the frame.
