The first thing through my mind after unboxing it was “you could totally win a pillow fight with this!”I bought it as a spacer for the head of a bed, to fill a gap between the mattress and frame my bed pillows kept getting wedged into, and it worked great! Very firm, well constructed and the perfect size and shape.

This bolster is super dense, sturdy and built to last forever! The heavy outer cover is soft, almost denim material, very robust! The cover zipper is well concealed and allows the cover to be laundered. This is a VERY high quality addition to any yoga den, studio or home!

I haven't used the bolster yet but it appears to be everything I expected. As a massage therapist, I use bolsters such as this to bolster my clients in side lying position. Size and density are great to support the client's leg, align the spine and hip and provide adequate resistance for good, firm pressure.

For starters, I received this a whole day in advance! It is extremely firm, which I LOVE!! It is the perfect length, but just a tad bit narrower than I would have preferred! The first time I used it, I did notice a strong warehouse smell. You know, just the smell of something that has been packaged for a long time.

Like it. It's big enough - bigger would have been even better. The surface is a little rough, but for yoga that could be a good thing. It is very firm. I wish they had included a tag telling us how to make it a bit less firm. Good product, maybe excellent, depending on how you are going to use it.

I am very pleased with this bolster. I am having to do yoga at home rather than at the studio because of child care issues. I was hoping to find a bolster as good as the ones at the studio, and this surpasses them. It is on the large size and very supportive. At first I was afraid it would be too large, but I have found it even more versitile and pleasant than the smaller ones I am use to.

I am currently in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and needed a bolster to accommodate my yoga practice as many poses have become very difficult with the growing belly. This bolster is absolutely everything I was looking for. The price was definitely right. I love that it is firm and structured, I imagine it may flatten over time but generally it works very well and provides a ton of support.

This bolster is shorter and thicker than the ones at the studio so beware of that. Now on to the good stuff. It is firm not squishy and does well for reclining and meditation poses. I am 5'5" and it was just barely long enough for me to have my sacrum butt against the base with the top of my shoulders still on the other end. Soooo... if your torso is much longer than that you may not be giving this one 5 stars. Go longer. The fabric is very nice. It is a high grade twill with vibrant coloring and no weird smells. It smelled like cotton fabric right out of the box. It is very nice. The measurements they give are spot on so measure the one you like at your studio or a friends etc so you can see the difference. It looks maybe 6" shorter and 2-3" thicker.
