Direct fit and easy to replace. Installed these on a 2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7l (350k miles) when the originals froze up and ate the rotors and pads. Been working flawlessly for a few months now. Truck is a daily driver, no towing, very little hauling. Great price point for this type of repair.
