The little black nubs on the end of each segment of the color make it comfortable for Zoe but this is the only way I can control her because she's so strong and she doesn't seem to mind it and she doesn't seem to mind it at all

The collar does the job when my dog pulls but the only problem is that my dog is in between the two sizes so I have to fix it on her neck every once in a while.

These collars are well put together and easy to size. The tip covers work well with more sensitive dogs.. But....the latches are not worthy of the collar. In fairness, I bought 2 of these in January 2021, so this problem may have been fixed. The latches were always hard to open and close. The first one broke within 2 months with relatively light use (once or twice a week on a 33 lb dog learning to walk on a leash.). The second one broke after five months of three weekly walks with a 48 lb dog who is leash trained but needs attention getting pops 4 to 6 times on each walk. I've replaced the latches and continue to use the collars. It took about 15 minutes each to get the straps apart without damage because they a wonderfully put together. I hope the company has improved the latches.

Prong collars in general work but this specific one breaks easily. The part that clips is not durable. I bought it twice and they both broke.

This dog prong collar has made such a difference in my dog’s behavior. When we walk now, one tug and she comes back to me. She is comfortable doing everything in it and when she goes to bed I take it off so she associates that with bed time. It has made training her easier too. I bought this collar because of the easy connect & disconnect it has over others which makes it very easy to use. I’m very pleased with the value & sturdiness of this collar.

I have had several prong collars for my dog as this is by far the worst. I have 2 Shepweilers and both of them have had the collars come off with the slightest pull while just walking. As much as I like that it goest on easily its not worth it when the prongs come apart so easily.

Wasn’t sure about this collar at first but our large dog pulled so much while walking we needed something to help. We tried a regular slip tightening collar but that wasn’t enough, she still pulled.This collar did the trick, I can now walk her without all the pulling. It’s not perfect 100% of the time but it’s a big help for sure. We were a little worried at first it might hurt her but we did end up taking the rubber caps off and it was worth it. The collar has never hurt her and does it’s job. She is very smart and learned quickly what it’s function is.We had to take a few links out to make it the right size for her. The directions weren’t great but we figured it out. I would recommend it for large dogs who have trouble pulling during leash time.

The first thought when I took this collar out of the package was disappointment. I have owned one of these collars in the past and it was made with actual metal, this is not the case with this collar. It was extremely light weight, which in a sense is a good thing for the doggo because it will not weigh them down, however it is a 'cheap feel' kind if light. The clip that is used to secure this collar closed is VERY POOR. It looks and almost feels like plastic. I am very concerned that after a couple clasp and unclasps it is just going to break off. The only reason I feel safe using it is because the leash clips onto the two rings, of which would hold this collar together if the clip did snap (though my 70lbs Golden would still take off immediately after it broke). I tried to remove the links to make this collar smaller and fit correctly around my dog. I needed to remove 3 links, I got to 2 and gave up. I tried to remove it with bare hand and cut my hand after struggling to get it removed. The second link I used a pliers like suggested in the instructions. This also resulted in a struggle and took a good 20 minutes to get it removed. By then I just gave up trying to remove the 3rd link. -- The nice part is that it comes with the little nubies to cover the prongs and they did send extra with in case.. which is good because 4 of them fell off the second I unclasped the collar to place on my dog. Overall, It did prevent him from pulling the leash, but for all the trouble, how fragile and cheap this product is, I would rather use an E-Collar to correct behavior.Spend the extra money on a better quality collar. Don't buy this one.

Okay guys, here is a full 100% honest review.I own a 45 pound pure breed pitbull. On her normal leash and collar, she is HELL. She starts off with sprinting out the front door and walking me to the stairs with full force. When going down the three flights of stairs at my apartment, I always come close to being pulled down. 2 nights ago, my last straw was her seeing a bunny and yanking me to the ground to the point where I sprang my wrist. I don’t believe in electric collars because I work at an animal hospital ive seen those collars mess with their brains.After asking my boss, who is a vet, about the collar and doing some research, I ordered the collar. I received the collar today in the mail and decided to test it outout. When I opened the front door, she started her normal sprint out and came to an immediate halt, sat down, and waited for me to catch up. She stayed by my side when walking down the stairs at all time with no force. When walking her in the grass, she did attempt to sprint but quickly got reminded the collar was still on. This was the easiest walk I have ever had with her. It didn’t hurt her at all and made me more comfortable walking my pitbull around people. 9/10 recommend this collar to anyone with an excited dog.My only problem was the sizing is weird. It’s either loose or too tight... still effective but needs a way to tighten or loosen just a little bit.

I bought this because my dog lost his pinch collar in a field; I always keep them loos so I can slip on and off. (POSITIVES) This collar clips on easily. The tradition pinch collars will get the leash twisted around the neck because the leash mush always be at the top center. this collar just glides right back into position; I think it's because of the rubber tips. (NEGATIVES) Very frustrating and difficult to remove the prongs to decrease size of collar. I had to remove 2 sets to make it fit properly and then re-hook end piece. Because the metal is very strong and must be angled a particular way to hook properly, it is difficult. Have pliers and someone extremely strong hands and patience to do this. I think the collar should be lighter. The metal really doesn't need to be this thick and strong to be secure.
